Dreamt up over two years ago and recorded over 6 months, "Abandoned Mine" has a single goal - to improve your calisthenic health. We know you've been working on your dance moves, now is the time.

The subject is about those times when you are driving across the country to see your love, still new and exciting, and they are trapped in a go-nowhere / do-nothing town. Let's escape!
